Welcome to our shipping and return policy page! We understand that when you shop online, you want to know exactly what to expect regarding shipping and returns. We’re here to provide you with all the information you need to make your Allusio shopping experience as smooth as possible.
For our Canadian customers, we proudly use Canada Post for all shipping needs. Canada Post is known for its reliable service and extensive network, ensuring that your orders reach you in a timely manner. We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days after it has been placed, unless it is out-of-stock or in pre-order then it would take 10-14 business days to process it, print it and ship it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package’s journey.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location within Canada. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days. However, please keep in mind that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may be longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. (USA/International shipping coming soon.)
We also offer FREE Local delivery to most Ottawa/Gatineau addresses.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return process as easy as possible. You can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
